Apply

To Apply to the Lower School (Grades ECC-5):

  1. Complete and return the Application for Admission form with a photo of the applicant, the non-refundable application fee, and the Student Health History form.
  2. Give the Teacher Recommendation form to your child’s current teacher; the form needs to be completed and returned by the current teacher.
  3. Fill out and submit the Authorization for Release of School Records to the applicant’s current school office; the school records need to be sent directly from the current school.
  4. Complete and return the Parent Statement form.
  5. Schedule a parent interview and tour, and a student visit. ECC and 1st Grade applicants visit from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., 2nd-5th Grade applicants visit from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  6. Families interested in applying for financial aid need to contact us at 831-626-5207; once a formal application is received, financial aid information will be sent to you from our Director of Financial Aid.

To Apply to the Middle School (Grades 6-8):

  1. Complete and return the Application for Admission form with a photo of the applicant, the non-refundable application fee, and the Student Health History form.
  2. Give the Teacher Recommendation forms to your child’s current language arts and Math teachers; the two forms need to be completed and returned by the current language arts/English and math teachers.
  3. Fill out and submit the Authorization for Release of School Records to the applicant’s current school office; the school records need to be sent directly from the current school.
  4. Register the applicant to take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT/www.ssat.org). Stevenson’s school code is 6082.
  5. Complete and return the Parent Statement form.
  6. Schedule a parent interview and tour, and a student visit. 6th-8th Grade applicants visit from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  7. Families interested in applying for financial aid need to contact us at 831-626-5207; once a formal application is received, financial aid information will be sent to you from our Director of Financial Aid.
