Welcome to Stevenson's online enrollment page. Parents of returning and new Stevenson students should review this page, in combination with the documentation mailed to your home.

Required Enrollment Forms

Please sign and return the forms listed below, which includes the enrollment paperwork mailed to your home:

• Registration Confirmation (mailed to your home)
• Vital Information Form (mailed to your home)
• Enrollment Agreement (new students only - mailed to your home)
• Required laptop form (PDF) (new and returning students)

Enrollment Due Dates

Enrollment paperwork is due to the admission office by the below listed dates. Please contact the admission office at 831-625-8309 if you have questions, or if your paperwork will be late.

Returning Students: March 1, 2008
All New Students: April 10, 2008
Financial Aid Recipients: Please review your contract for your due date
