Enrollment Paperwork
Enrollment forms are included in the acceptance packet and must be completed and signed by the applicant's parents/guardians by the date indicated in your acceptance letter. To enroll at Stevenson the items listed below should be returned to the Admissions Office. To view Stevenson's Enrollment page, click here.

Academic Placement
New enrolled students will take a math placement test, and a foreign language placement test in late Spring. If you have completed your enrollment paperwork, you will receive an invitation from the Registrar's office to sign up for the placement test. - Transfer of Student Records Form - New enrolled students should submit the Transfer of Student Records From to their current school in order to authorize the release of health records, transcripts and other important information. Records should be sent after the completion of the current school year.
F-1 Student Visa for International Students
International students who need the F-1 Student Visa will receive the I-20 Form from Stevenson after they submit their enrollment forms and enrollment fee. To learn more about the F-1 Student Visa you can visit the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) website.

Forms to Complete
New enrolled students will receive health forms from the Health Center and permission forms from the Dean's office in late Spring or early Summer. These forms will be mailed to your home and should be completed and returned to Stevenson by the date indicated. The permission forms will be posted on this page when they become available in June, for your reference.
Important Dates
- Friday, August 29: Day students pick up books and schedules
- Sunday, August 31: New international student orientation at 9 a.m.
New resident students arrive between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. - Monday, September 1: New student orientation Part I at 9 a.m.
- Tuesday, September 2: New student orientation Part II at 10 a.m.
- Wednesday, September 3: Fall term classes begin at 8 a.m.
