When asked, many parents of school-aged children in public schools say they would enroll their child in an independent school if they could afford it. Stevenson Upper School, Grades 9-12

The comprehensive fee for the Upper School includes tuition, science laboratory fees, art and ceramics, gym services, student accident insurance ($100 deductible), graduation, and many student activities such as school newspaper, literary magazine and various student council activities. Boarding tuition also includes room and board, as well as weekend shuttle service.
Additional expenses may include laptop computer, books and school supplies, snack shop and campus store expenses, athletic uniforms, Microsoft School Agreement, laundry (for boarding students), and parent club. Bus transportation is available for an additional charge.
