Parent Sponsors Club

The Parent Sponsors Club began in 1991 as a parent organization to help meet the volunteer needs of the school for social events and to promote understanding and cooperation among the faculty, parents and students.

Membership is open to all parents of Stevenson Lower and Middle School students. The annual $25 membership dues are billed to families in August. Membership dues are used to offset costs associated with the Parent Sponsors Club events throughout the year. Some of these events include the reception on the first day of school, the back-to-school pancake breakfast, the "Parent's Night Out" parties, the school Olympics, and the faculty and staff appreciation luncheons. At the end of the school year, any excess funds are donated to the school to purchase items that are on the faculty "wish list" that will benefit students and faculty.

We are very fortunate to have a dedicated group of parents who have willingly committed to donate their time to serve on the Parent Sponsors Club and help plan and coordinate various events throughout the year.

The Parent Sponsors Club meets on a monthly basis to discuss the planning of our events and the club budget. If you would like to know more about the Parent Sponsors Club, please feel free to contact any one of the listed board members.

Being involved in school activities through the Parent Sponsors Club will truly enrich your overall experience at Stevenson School. We have a wonderful school and getting to know each other better through informal gatherings and fun activities will serve to strengthen and build connections and friendships that will continue into the future.
